Division A – Leadership:Section A – The Council: The Council shall be the leadership of the Confederacy of Allied Commands. It has 8 members.
The Council consists of:
- The President (Leader)
- The Vice-President (Second in Command)
- The Head of Military Operations (Commander)
- The Head of Civilian Operations (Head Non-Military Person)
- The Head of Public Relations (Chief Ambassador)
- The Head of Legal Operations (Supreme Judge)
- The Head of Intelligence (Chief Spy)
- The Head of Creative Development (Creative Expert)
The Councilors are chosen by a vote. Each command shall have one vote for every 10 members of their command. You may only vote for reps, and not yourself. If they have less than 10 members they also have 1 vote. The vote is cast by a representative of the command, and votes shall be classified. The top 4 voted reps get into the council. Then, they decide amongst themselves who takes what place (Military, Civilian, Public Relations, Supreme Judge). someone who has been in a post before gets priority in that post. If two have been in a post before, then the one who has been in that post before most gets it, and if they are equal, in time in post, then the one who had it last gets it.
Section B – The Powers of the Council:The council’s decisions are decided by a majority vote (50%) by its members unless otherwise stated.
The Council has the power to:
- Do anything the HMO, HCO, VP and P can do except veto.
- Override the president’s veto power with a 2/3 vote.
- The power to impeach the President or Vice-President upon a 100% vote from all except President and Vice-President. Any command representative may put forward a Vote of No Confidence
Section C – The PresidentThe President is elected by the vote of all members. First, Presidential candidates are put forward by the members, and then they are voted upon. The candidate with the most votes wins. The president may then choose one out of the candidates to be the Vice President.
The President has all of the powers of the HMO and HCO the power to veto and can invite clans. He can also change the charter according to the rules laid out in the Changing the Charter section.
Section D – The Vice-President:The Vice President has all the powers of the President except veto and HMO/HCO powers.
Section E – The Head of Military OperationsThe Head of Military Operations is in charge of all:
They sit upon the council and advise the President and Vice-President on all Military personnel's wellbeing, happiness, and work conditions.
Section F – The Head of Civilian Operations and his/her powers:The Head of Civilian Operations is in charge of all:
- Archaeologists
- Scientists
- Asgard
They sit upon the council and advise the President and Vice-President on all Civilian personnel's wellbeing, happiness, and work conditions.
Section G - The Head of Public Relations (Chief Ambassador)The Head of Public Relations is incharge of all ambassadors and works to get as many people in the Confederacy of Allied Commands as possible. They also work with the member command's recruitment officer, recruitment team, etc. if applicable. They also deal with the Public, and act as Marketing Director/Recruitment Officer.
Section H - The Head of Legal Operations (Supreme Judge)If there are any disputes between members of the Confederacy of Allied Commands, we can attempt to help without going to the Confederate Courts. However, sometimes things can't be resolved without the dispute being argued in front of the Head of Legal Operations, who acts as the Judge.
The Head of Legal Operations works with the President and Vice-President to create an easily understandable rules and dispute management system, and acts as the Judge in all matters relating to the rules.
If the Head of Legal Operations is involved in the Dispute, then the President acts as Judge, and if the President and the Head of Legal Operations are both involved, then the Vice-President acts as Judge. If all three are involved, then the rest of the Council acts as Judge together, working things out amongst themselves.
This (all three involved in the case) is an unlikely situation however, and probably will never happen.
Section I - The Head of Creative DevelopmentThe Head of Creative Development is in charge of new ideas for how the Confederacy could be run, new awards, and that kind of thing. They may, if they wish, create a Creative Development team, which does much the same things. They would be the head of it.
Section J - The RepresentativesEach command has 1-4 representatives in the Representatives Chamber. The amount of representatives directly corresponds to the amount of members in a command.
01 - 19 members - 1 representative
20 - 29 members - 2 representatives
30 - 39 members - 3 representatives
40 members - 4 representatives

There are two Orders, The Order of Supremacy and The Order of Merit. You can obtain either of these with Distinction or without an Honour.
Getting an Order CANNOT be Vetoed, and is the only thing that cannot be vetoed by the president. However, the President can instead say that instead of someone receiving Order of Supremacy
(without Honours), its reduced to an Order of Merit (with Distinction).
The Order of Supremacy with Discinction requires all members of the council agree to the award, and is a VERY, VERY prestigious award. however without honours, the OoS requires that only 7 out of
8 council members agree.
The Order of Merit with Distinction requires that 7 out of 8 members of the Council agree, and the OoM without honours requires 6 out of 8 agree.
A "with distinction" Order is referred to as an Order of _______ (D), while a Order without honours is referred to as an Order of _________.
The Order of Supremacy of the Conefderacy of Allied Commands with Distinction is the single highest award available to ANY member of the Confederacy.
Division E - Security Classification Section A - Security Classification SummaryTo make sure that classified information is not released to the public or that people who shouldn't get their hands on information don't, there is a Security Classification System, which is used to classify material that may be classified as secret.

The below list a shows the default levels assigned to people and groups.
